Exothermic welding moulds are fabricated from graphite with precise machining and proprietary design for superior performance and long service life. The internal structure enables free flow of molten exothermic compound and easy separation from finished joints to extend service life.
High-strength Bolt
Our graphite moulds support over 80 welding cycles on average, and more than 100 cycles for simple joints with proper operation. We supply various ergonomic mould clamps customized for field welding, and produce dedicated clamps fully compatible with our moulds.
