Canton Tower, one of Guangzhou’s iconic landmarks, demands ultra-reliable lightning protection and earthing solutions to safeguard the super high-rise structure, internal electrical systems and public safety against lightning strikes. The project adopted Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Lightning Air Terminals as the primary lightning interception equipment. We also implemented exothermic thermite welding technology to build a continuous, low-resistance earthing network.
